In a Sales environment, building the relationships you have with your existing client base, will prove better success for you, then always trying to reach a new customer and starting fresh. Remember, in sales, it's a game of numbers on the surface. Those numbers will only work in your favor though, if you pay attention to whose generating 80% of your business. I bet you'll find most of your business comes from 20% of your existing customers. Why wouldn't you want to thank them for that value they provide you and give them a valuable relationship back in return? "
